What data we collect
Contact form and email. When you write to us (form, email or WhatsApp) we receive what you send: name, contact details and your message. We use it only to answer you and organise your tour. It is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for profiling.
Analytics. Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to see anonymous usage statistics (which pages are read, from which country). If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. See the Cookie Policy.
Online bookings and payments
When you book a tour online we collect the data needed to manage your booking: name, email address, phone number, tour, date, number of participants and amount paid. We use this data to confirm your booking, send the confirmation and reminder emails, manage date changes or cancellations, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Card payments are processed entirely by SumUp on its own secure payment pages: your card details are entered on SumUp's website and never reach or pass through this website. SumUp processes them as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy.
Booking data is stored in the controller's booking system and kept only for as long as needed to manage the booking and to comply with legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to manage your request and any booking, then routinely deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it — one email to [email protected] is enough. You can also complain to the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Third parties
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages; emails travel through our hosting provider; optional statistics are processed by Google (see above). None of them receives your data for their own marketing.
